Our Commercial Inspections are very much like our home inspections. Attention to detail combined with an array of digital photos allow you to see what we see.
We provide you with current conditions of the roof, structure, exterior, ground and attic as well as plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Individual photos and locations of all the HVAC units, air handlers, water heaters, electrical panels, water shut offs, etc. are included to make sure you "know" your building and where things are located in case an emergency should ever arise.
Our report is easily delivered via PDF in your email. Don't have email? We provide on site printing reports when specifically requested. (We're doing our part to be "green")
Keep in mind, this is not a PCA (propert condition assessment). It is not an ADA compliance inspection. It does not include chillers or industrial rated equipment. It does not include opening electrical panels over 240 volts. It does not include any environmental disclosures or legal descriptions. We simply want to tell you about your building.
